Copyright for images Once payment has been received for your photo's the client is the sole owner of the images, to be used as you wish. However, with prior written consent from the client, Timography reserves the right to use selected images for promotional or advertising purposes. Specific images, also with prior written consent from the client may be displayed on this website in the Photo Album galleries for promotional purposes. As the customer, you have the right to refuse such use of your images. If you do agree to such use of your images, you may be offered substantial discounts for future services offered by Timography.
Gift Vouchers Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, either fully or in part for cash of any amount. A refund cannot be given if you change your mind. Gift Vouchers may be transferred to another party upon confirmation with Timography. Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed for a period of 12 months after the date of purchase of the Gift Voucher recorded on the Gift Voucher.

Payments can be made at any time via Paypal. This is a safe and convenient way to pay with your credit card, debit card or bank account online and all payments made are freeª from transaction fees! Paypal is a registered eBay company and can be used with 100% peace of mind as all transactions are both guaranteed and protected. Payments should be made to our account - timography@hotmail.com.
Payments can also be made by prior arrangement directly into our bank account. This can be done online for your convenience or in person at any branch. Upon request to use this payment method our banking details will be supplied to you.
Please note that if you use any of the abovementioned payment methods (other than cash!) that your photo's will only be released to you after payment has been received in full by us. In some instances this could take up to 72 hours so please be patient.
